We recommend using bright, clear photos taken in good lighting. Phone photos work wonderfully, just avoid screenshots or heavily edited images, as they can print darker. If anything looks off, weโll reach out before printing to make sure your memories turn out beautifully.
How long does shipping take, and will it arrive in time for my event?
Most orders ship within a few days from our Ontario studio. Youโll see delivery estimates at checkout, and we always do our best to get gifts, memorial pieces, and time-sensitive orders out quickly. If youโre on a timeline, feel free to message us, weโre always happy to help.
Can I upload my photos later if I donโt have them ready right now?
