Pro tip: Faces are hard to get absolutely PERFECT. Once you upload the photo, you can edit the image and drag it to the exact position that you want it. You will see the grid lines and know exactly where the splits are going to be. Try to avoid them going over faces as it wont line up perfectly when the splits are on the face because part of the photo wraps around the back of the magnet.

What photo quality do I need for the best results?
We recommend using bright, clear photos taken in good lighting. Phone photos work wonderfully, just avoid screenshots or heavily edited images, as they can print darker. If anything looks off, we’ll reach out before printing to make sure your memories turn out beautifully.
How long does shipping take, and will it arrive in time for my event?
Most orders ship within a few days from our Ontario studio. You’ll see delivery estimates at checkout, and we always do our best to get gifts, memorial pieces, and time-sensitive orders out quickly. If you’re on a timeline, feel free to message us, we’re always happy to help.
